FAQs
Your B&Q Club reward coupons can be used when shopping in store and online.
Some exclusions apply - including some promotions, the purchase of gift cards, orders made in store, delivery charges and products sold and shipped by verified sellers on diy.com - check our B&Q discount coupon terms and conditions page.
Your welcome coupon should arrive within a few days of your registration.
If not, it may have landed in your spam, junk or promotions folder. Adding club@info.diy.com to your email safe senders list might also help.
If the coupon has still not arrived, please contact customer service for assistance.
Please note that welcome coupons are only sent to new members, when you first register.
If you’ve lost your card or had it stolen, simply collect a new card in store and register it here.
If your card was not registered you can collect a new card in store and register it here.
If you find your old card at a later date, continue to use your new card as the old one will no longer be valid.
If you are a registered member of the B&Q Diamond Club (which closed to new members on the 3rd September 2018) and lose your Diamond card it cannot be replaced, meaning your membership will end. Existing Diamond card members can pick up an orange B&Q Club card, register for B&Q Club at diy.com/club and get all the benefits of a club member, including a money off coupon every time you shop, if opted into email marketing.
You will no longer receive the 10% seasonal discount on a Wednesday if you have lost your Diamond card.
Customers who have lost their normal orange B&Q Club card can pick one up in-store and register it to their existing online account at diy.com/joinclub.
You can find the expiry date for your B&Q Club reward coupon on the coupon.
Don’t forget that your B&Q Club account is separate from your diy.com account. You need to register for both separately and the email address you use for the B&Q Club will not be automatically accepted on diy.com.

Club members get discounts on Hertz van hire:
- £6 off a two-hour long wheelbase van rental - you pay £28
- £4 off a two-hour short wheelbase van rental - you pay £25
£5 annual membership fee applies to all Hertz members.
Mileage is charged at an agreed rate. Hertz 24/7 is available at participating stores only.
Please visit our store locator to see if your nearest store is participating. Offer excludes additional mileage charges. Minimum age requirement 21 years and over.
Download the Hertz app and create your membership profile to gain access to all Hertz 24/7 vehicles, then simply book your van and pick it up from the nearest participating B&Q store.
