What is FlexiPlan?
We’ve partnered with finance provider Creation to bring you FlexiPlan, an easy to control credit account for your B&Q purchases over £75.
With a FlexiPlan finance account you can take control of the way you pay for those home improvements again and again, big and small. Start by tailoring your repayments, then look after your account online – track your balance and choose the term for each new purchase. Creation provides the finance, and it’ll be their name on your bank statement. They have over 50 years of experience, so you’re in good hands.

Am I eligible to apply?
If you can answer yes to all the questions below, good news, you are eligible to apply for a B&Q FlexiPlan account.
- Are you aged between 18 and 80?
- Do you have a minimum net income of £10,000 a year or more?
- Have you been a UK resident for at least 3 years?
- Can you provide a telephone number?
- Do you have a bank account in your name, which Direct Debits can be taken from?
- Can you provide valid proof of ID? We accept; full UK driving licence or valid UK or international passport.

Once accepted, you’ll need to review your application and e-sign the agreement.

Get access to the Online Account Manager, which allows you to select a repayment option each time you make a purchase.
FlexiPlan FAQs
You can apply for a FlexiPlan account before or during a visit to one of our stores by completing an application on your phone, tablet or desktop computer. You can complete an eligibility check before applying which has no impact on your credit score.
Missed or late payments may incur additional fees including interest charges and have a negative impact on your credit file and the ability to obtain credit in the future.
The purchase of Gift Cards and any services or products sold and shipped by verified sellers on diy.com are excluded from FlexiPlan.
Gift cards can be used to pay a deposit in-store.
When accepted for a B&Q FlexiPlan account, you’ll be sent an email asking you to register on the Online Account Manager (OAM). This is where you can manage your account, view all your purchases, change your payment plan, make additional payments, or pay in full at any time at no extra cost.
Alternatively, you can register your account by going to the website, https://youraccount.diyflexiplan.com/register and following the instructions. For your security, you will be sent a code to the email account and mobile number that you used when you first applied for B&Q FlexiPlan.
FlexiPlan can be used in all B&Q stores. FlexiPlan currently can’t be used for purchases online.

Any payments that you make towards this amount by the end of the Buy Now Pay Later period will not incur any interest. Any balance left to pay after this date, will incur interest at the rate of interest shown on your credit agreement from the date of your purchase.

With your FlexiPlan account you get a credit limit that you can use for future purchases at 17.9% APR representative (variable). Spend £1,000 for 1yr, £4,000 for 2yrs, £7,000 for 3yrs, £10,000 for 4yrs, £15,000 for 5yrs and £20,000 for 7yrs interest free credit.
